Services include diagnostic of team challenges through stakeholder interviews, observations, survey tools, etc.  Outputs will be used to design a plan that addresses gaps in team alignment and execution.  Additional services related to team performance may include workshops, 1:1 coaching, 360 assessments and other tools to facilitate and maintain momentum.
