Ning has spent last 13 years supporting and leading analytical and operational engagement with various clients in life science industry. Her areas of expertise include various commercial analytics front: targeting, call planning, incentive compensation, sales team structure and optimization, brand and marketing analytics, campaign ROI evaluation and resource allocation. With a comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience of supporting customers’ analytical needs, she also has in-depth knowledge and experience on helping client to build up analytics COE and functional teams on both onshore and offshore. Ning holds masters degree from Lehigh University in both Statistics and Electrical Engineering.
