I am a dedicated sales and training leader within the pharmaceutical industry with over two decades of relevant experience. I bring a wealth of valuable expertise that would allow me to impact your client’s business immediately.

I have over 26 years of experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical, and device industry and have worked in various areas, including leadership, sales, training, and clinical. I have sales, training, and clinical experience in Cardiology, Men’s and Women’s Health. HIV, Endocrinology, Anti-Infectives, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Neurology, Pain, and Sexual Health. These roles have included selling pills, auto-injectors, infusion, and medical device products. In addition, I have led teams through the management of products through HUBs, specialty pharmacies, and buy and bill. In addition, I hold a Master of Arts in Health Education with a concentration in Human Sexuality, Marriage, and Family Life Education with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I am currently completing my dissertation in Advanced Studies of Human Behavior.

I have five years of progressive training experience where I have led teams through large-scale projects, including creating a management development program, organizational compliance initiatives, national advanced selling skills, and managing change initiatives. I have run three launches from a training/marketing perspective and four launches as a sales leader. At Novartis, I was responsible for training the national sales force for all training after new hire courses. In this role, I worked across the organization to develop programs such as advanced selling, change management, and career development skills for managers. This role called for significant cross-collaboration, including managing, without direct leadership, nine regional trainers who reported to the sales directors.

Additionally, I worked closely with human resources to address the progressions of representatives, leadership development, and organizational initiatives. At Pfizer, I led a team of eleven specialty training managers responsible for new hire training, plan of action preparation, and launch training. Finally, these roles gave me experience in handling large budgets and vendor management.

As a sales leader for the last 13 years, along with my training experience, I am a candidate who can come into a client’s organization and consult on launch preparation, leadership development, and quick go-to-market sales approaches. As an example, an onboarding program with a leadership development focus. Leaders are the primary trainers of their people and must be trained to be prepared and developed in having difficult conversations, business planning, and performance management. In my recent role, I built a team to launch first-in-class testosterone. My team finished first in the nation despite the pandemic and maintained the highest volume nationally over three years with continual sales growth.
